How is furniture delivered? 

As a minimum, furniture is delivered kerb-side as close to the entrance of the property as possible. Delivery drivers are sometimes happy to take furniture to a room of choice, however this is not always possible due to insurance issues (more so since the Covid-19 outbreak) and busy delivery schedules. If you would prefer, we offer a furniture installation service for a small fee.

Something is missing from my order?

If you are missing something from your order please contact us as soon as possible and our customer service team will be happy to help. 

Where is my order?

The majority of all orders are received within our delivery timeframes subject to stock availability. If you have not received your order please contact our support team by emailing sales@nwof.co.uk

My order has arrived damaged

If any of your order is damaged, please report it to our customer services team within 48hrs of receipt of your delivery. If the damage is visible on the outer packaging please where possible note this on the delivery note when signing for your parcel(s).

How do I return something to NWOF?

Do I need an account to make an order?

No we offer both guest and member checkout.

How long does it take for a return to be collected?

We aim to collect returns within 72 hours of the return being raised.
