Delivery Information
Boxed chairs (unless otherwise stated) are dispatched free of charge directly from the manufacturer and usually arrive in 1-2 working days (Dams/NWOF/TC) and 3-5 working days (Dynamic). Please note chairs (unless otherwise stated) are delivered boxed and require self assembly. We offer a built & bagged service for boxed chairs, the cost of this is £20.00 + VAT per chair (inc delivery).
Office furniture unless otherwise stated is delivered flat packed and will require self assembly. Office furniture delivery is free of charge to UK Mainland addresses - Economy (3-5 working days) or £20.00 for Express (24-48 hours Mon-Fri). Please note our shipping lead times apply to weekdays only, all orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our premium delivery charges are a flat rate fee regardless of the quantity of items ordered, orders over £500.00 are delivered free of charge via express shipping. Some furniture items are made to order, please check product descriptions for delivery times of MTO products. Deliveries to the Highlands & Northern Ireland can take up to 50% longer than standard delivery times during busy periods and there may be extra delivery charges to these areas.
All of our furniture deliveries are pre-booked with our customers directly, this is to ensure failed deliveries are avoided as external couriers charge for such circumstances. We require an up to date contact number as we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays if our Transport team are unable to contact you.
Please note: There is a £7.00 delivery surcharge for orders under £30.00 where it would not be cost-effective to send the items free of charge e.g. accessories/fixings.
Please note: There is a minimum order quantity of 4 units of ZAP chairs to qualify for free shipping. Orders of 1-3 chairs will incur a £25.00 delivery charge. Please note ZAP products are only available to ship to UK Mainland. Please contact us for a quote to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
Please note: Pre-Order items have expected due dates which we can provide on request. These dates can and do change due to production delays/staff absences at manufacturing companies, more so due to Covid-19 and Brexit. We can usually advise whether stock is confirmed or estimated, please contact us to discuss this. Orders that are made which include Pre-Order items are dispatched once all items are available, we can split items off orders and send them once ready but there may be an extra delivery charge for this service.
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder, you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified. If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
Our full replica plant range is delivered free of charge. Regular lead times are 5-7 working days but this may be longer during busy periods as all our plants are made to order.
Please be aware the furniture delivery costs listed applies to Mainland UK postcodes only. If you require furniture delivered to the Scottish Highlands/Northern Ireland please contact us prior to ordering for a quote. We do offer a full UK delivery and installation service, please contact us for a quote.
The following postcode areas may incur additional delivery charges: PH32+, PA20+, AB40+, KA27, KA28, IV, BT. IM, TR21-25, PO30+, KW, ZE, HS, GY. JE & Channel Islands. If you require a delivery to one of these areas we would recommend contacting us prior to ordering to confirm delivery charges.
Please be aware new furniture delivery is Monday-Friday and covers delivery only (curb side if palletised). If you require installation, including room of choice placement please contact us for a quote.
Please note, furniture deliveries will have a pre-arranged delivery day, should this delivery fail due no-one being available, re-attempts will be at the courier’s discretion and they may return the items to us following the first failed delivery attempt. We therefore reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs should this arise.
We cannot be held responsible for any indirect financial or business loss caused by any missing parts or delivery delays outside our control. All of our delivery lead times are estimates and are not a guaranteed service, we will always do our best to deliver items on time but as we work with external couriers there can be delays outside of our control.
Due to the nature of the office furniture industry stock levels can fluctuate quickly and while we always do our best to keep website stock levels accurate sometimes items can sell before our system has time to update. In this event we will email you within 12 hours of receiving your order and will do our best to offer an alternative product or a full refund if nothing else is suitable.
